Three blends that trace a journey across the American South to the Gulf to the Caribbean islands.

Smoky BBQ Blend starts at home. Smoked and sweet paprika with brown sugar give warmth to food. Garlic, onion, black pepper, and sea salt round it out for meat chicken,  roasted vegetables, and plant-based dishes.

Creole Blend is the bridge. Born in Louisiana where French, African, Spanish, and Caribbean kitchens collided, it carries paprika, thyme, oregano, garlic, onion, cayenne, and sea salt. Heat with depth. Use it on shrimp, meats, chicken, vegetables, on fries, anywhere you want soulful comfort.

Caribbean Green Seasoning carries the islands. Parsley, cilantro, thyme, and scallions blended with garlic and a careful amount of scotch bonnet flakes — used sparingly. Marinate chicken , meats, seafood and vegetables in it. Stir it into beans. Toss it with rice. Flavor that tastes like family.

This trio is personal — my maternal roots are in Maryland and Virginia, my paternal roots are in the Caribbean, and these blends are how that story tastes.
