Yes. All blends are handcrafted in small batches with attention to flavor, balance, and quality.
Where are your products made?
All products are handcrafted in Maryland.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days before shipping.
Are your teas and spices organic?
Many ingredients are sourced from high-quality suppliers that prioritize organic and ethically sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Will products always look exactly the same?
Because products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, slight variations in appearance may occur from batch to batch. This is part of the uniqueness of artisan-crafted products.
How should I store my teas and spices?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture for best freshness.
Can I customize a blend or request changes to a recipe?
Every Michu’s blend is the result of careful recipe development —
each ingredient balanced to create a specific flavor experience. To maintain
that consistency and to keep our small-batch production sustainable, we don’t
currently offer customization.
If there’s a flavor profile or blend idea you’d love to see, we’d love to
hear it. Future seasonal collections are often inspired by customer suggestions.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of handcrafted food products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make things right.
