Food has always meant more to me than simply nourishment. It is memory, comfort, creativity, and connection. Some of my strongest memories are tied to the kitchen — the aromas of spices, shared meals, warm teas, and the feeling of people gathering together.
To me, crafting teas and spice blends is the ultimate meeting of science, mathematics, and art. Every ingredient possesses its own chemical personality and flavor profile. Each of our blends is meticulously formulated and balanced to evoke a precise sensory experience—whether that is deep warmth, complex grounding, or vibrant brightness.
The name Michu is a tribute to my cat, whose quiet, grounding presence brought me immense comfort and joy during challenging times. Naming the business after her felt natural; I would like this brand to carry that exact same energy into your home: warmth, calm, comfort, and meticulous care.
